“Hurriyet” reports that 17-year-old G.K., who had gone to Tekirdag Beach with his family, was seized by intense pain and went alone to the beach toilet.
After much delay, another family member visited the bathroom, but the girl asked him to leave. There the young woman bore a son, whose navel cut him off. She wrapped the newborn in a towel and left it in a corner to return to the family.
Some who passed by the toilet heard the child's cry and announced the gendarmerie.
One of the eyewitnesses, Umut K. Said “After a girl came out of the toilet, they heard the baby cry. We called an ambulance and gendarmerie”.
Health teams sent the child to the Tekirdag state hospital, and although prematurely born, his health is presented as stable. He's already incubator.
Meanwhile, the gendarmine teams arrested 17-year-olds along with their mother, father and brother as they left the beach in their car.
In her testimony, the 17-year-old said she had not told her family about pregnancy for fear.
The court imposed detention measures for the new one, while its family members were released.
