The president of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, has met with Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Congo Bruno Tshibala Nzenze, with whom he talked about establishing co-operation between the two countries.
Kosovo today is a consolidated state, recognised by 116 states and members of many different international organisations”, President Thaci said.
“Thank you for your support in the Francophony Organisation”, President Thaci added, and expressed the desire for the two states to begin co-operating in different sectors of life.
Prime Minister Tshibala expressed satisfaction with the possibility of meeting.
“to establish economic relations and learn from each other's experiences”, President Tshibala has said.
Thaci said Kosovo is ready for co-operation.
President Thaci has met with Prime Minister Tshibala in margins at the International Economic Forum of the Americas (IEFA), which is being held in Montreal, Canada.
Thaci will be speaker in the “Europe panel at the crossroads” on the first day of the conference, the media communique said.
