The opening of the ceremony will take place by the chief of the EU office in Kosovo, Nataliya Apostolova, chief of the EU Office in Macedonia, Samuel Zbogar, Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Enver Hoxhaj and Macedonia's Bujar Osmani.
For opening this border point, Kosovo and Macedonia were hired in August last year.
