Besides their discovery, the sun, dust, and outside agents can infect these painful acne. Before you try creams and products, learn the cause behind acne so you can treat them with the first treatment!
The three main causes of back acne are:
The buildup of dead cells and the overproduction of sebumi that lead to the block of ports
Increase bacteria in skin and
Inflammation.
Just like you take care of your face, you have to take care of your body!
After physical activity, you need to wash away immediately and not last long in sweat, change bed sheets, and pajamas.
With coffee, integrating sugar, and olive oil, prepare a recipe for the removal of dead skin cells, apply it on your back, or ask someone to apply it by massage it, then leave it dry with hot water, repeat it 2-3 times a week before sleep.
