Although the Law for Civil Service of the Republic of Kosovo stipulates that for completing its civil service, the task leader cannot be named longer than three months, this ministry has held such positions since 2011, Koha Ditore writes today.
In the ministry alone are 10 positions held by task guides, of which a position from 2014, four positions from 2015 and two from 2016.
The civil registration agency, which is within the ministry, has 11 task positions, two of which, from 2011, two from 2015 and one from 2016. Kosovo police also hold 15 taskeer positions, one from 2014 and three positions from 2016.
