In the midst of these cases where the court has been declared, five of them have ended up in a legal act.

The most recent case is that of former Health Ministry Secretary Ilir Tolaj, and other officials all charged with misusing official duty in connection with the long-term drug annihilation project.

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has declared the trial by which Ilir Tolaj, Red Zenel, Bekim Field, Valentina Hadziaj, Florije Tahire and Remzije Thaci have been acquitted of criminal acts that were placed in burden.

In the trial read by the head of the court, Valbona Selimaj was told that with no evidence has the Special Prosecutor's claims that the accused committed criminal acts that were placed on them.

The former head of the Appeals Court, Salih Macaj, has also been released.

Mekaj was accused of misusing office in connection with a case in which, according to prosecutor McAj, he would engage in the appointment of court reviews in two cases and legal re-cillation of criminal acts.

In this case, three other indictees, Vlora Gorani, and Mentor and Ali Seferaj, have also been declared.

Almost all this trial has developed behind closed doors because the defence had called for closure of the public hearing, as they believe the parties' privacy in the procedure could be violated.

The liquid act has also been taken against former Procurement Director at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Xhemajl Busuk, and “director Alb Archict” Africa Demiri.

Demiri's buzuku was charged over charges of a 24-month contract with the possibility of continuing for 12 months with the company “Alb-Architect”.

On the grounds of the court's plea, Arben Hoti, had said that the release occurred in a lack of evidence, because, according to him, it has not been confirmed that the same acts of criminal action were imposed on them.

Even the former head of Procuring Organisation Hysni Hoxha has been acquitted of misusing official office.

Hoxha has finally been acquitted of misusing official office by the Court of Appeals.

Under this indictment, Hysni Hoxha and Hysni Muhadri had been acquitted of criminal activity abuse of office or official authority in co-ordination by Article 422, concerning Article 31, of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, while Arsim Robelli for the work for counterfeiting documents in co-ordination.

Kosovo's Appeals Court has cleared him of charges of incumbent fraud even former Pristina University Rector Enver Hasani.

Hasan had been found guilty by the Pristina Constitutional Court, and was sentenced to 1 year in prison on bail.

In October of last year, Enver Hasani was found guilty and sentenced to 1 year in prison on bail for the period of verification two years, while the defendants' protection had filed complaints at the Court of Appeals.

The other two indictees, Albert Rakipi and Hakif Veliu, had also been convicted.

The prosecution claimed that the accused had carried out this work in connection with the realisation of the contract to translate books from English into Albanian for the needs of the UPI.
