Deputy director of this office Dusan Kozarev said that Pristina, with parliament's decision for months, officially suspended participation in the dialogue, and that the Government of Kosovo, by the beginning of March, refused to enter the process of establishing Serbian association.
“This should be accompanied by a series of statements by Albanian political officials in Pristina, that the establishment of the Serb community should be conditioned with Kosovo's admission to the United Nations and refusal to participate in talks in Brussels, in which association is the main topic”, Kozarev said.
In his words, association is not only one of the elements of the Brussels Agreement, but the target “ ” of dialogue, not only for Belgrade, as association refers to six of the first 15 points of that document.
“Belgrade has fulfilled all obligations under Brussels' first agreement and every effort by Pristina to create a Serb municipality community is something that is not an integral part of this agreement, is the most disgusting self-execution and avoidance of obligations taken in the negotiations process”, Kozarev said.
He reiterated that dialogue is necessary for both sides.
