Kosovo-Serbia technical dialogue in blockade

Technical dialogue continues to be in the blockade because of the failure to implement agreements reached several years ago, Koha Ditore writes today.

This has caused clashes between Kosovo government officials and Serbia. The government's dialogue co-ordinator, Avni Arifi, has said there will be no establishment of the Association of Serb majority municipalities without implementing other agreements.

Serbia continues to hold the implementation of the energy agreement hostage and is already fully aware of all relevant actors, including official Berlin. This international sensationalisation certainly has not liked and will never please the Serbian chief of negotiations, so the declarations of the mountain for Kosovo's future are nothing new to us”, Arifi said.
