KEK workers except cars, long-term patrols are banned

Following the appointment in the position of Acting Director of the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK), KEK Board of Directors, Nyazi Thaci, has made decisions aimed at improving the corporate situation, as well as lowering spending. Thaci's first decision has been to stop using cars [...]
Thaci's first decision has been to stop using official cars without working hours. On the other hand, Najazi Thaci's second decision concerns worker delays and failure to comply with working hours.
This decision correctly confirms that to workers who do not respect work schedules and are delayed in pauses will be taken.
Similarly, the measure will be taken for directors or managers of workers who do not respect work schedules.
The U.D. of KEK Managing Director Najazi Thaci has confirmed to Telegrafi making this decision, which he has said is good for the Corporation, to increase efficiency at work.
To be honest with you, we haven't had much of such trouble in terms of delays at work or as we have heard happening in other countries where workers don't go to work for weeks. But we must recognize that a recent phenomenon of delay in our work is also evident in us. Especially delay during pauses. As a large corporation of about 5,000 employed, even minor delays, perhaps a few minutes total many hours lost at work. But, despite being small cases or times of delays, we have estimated that we should act in order to increase the level of responsibility and efficiency at work”, Thaci has said of Telegrafi.
He has also not denied the fact that there has been abuse of official cars, despite what he says has not been largely in disturbing parameters.
I've done this to cut costs and discipline everyone who has the right to use official cars. These cars should only be used for work and should not be used overtime or even during working hours for personal needs. This phenomenon has to be stopped because it's ruining KEK's image, and it's also irritating citizens. Above all, I am very convinced that with this decision we will save budget”, Thaci said.
We also have the backing of the Board of Directors, which is a supervisory body and we report it to a monthly basis. The important thing is that we have the enormous support of the workers. The large number of workers at KEK, perhaps over 90 %s, are devout workers and give their maximum, so it is their request not to allow someone in the workplace to be irresponsible or feel privileged (4)x1>, has said of Telegrafi U.d. KEK manager Najazi Thaci.
