The ice seems to be being used by many aesthetics because of the many positive effects on the skin.
The ice according to some experiments, has resulted in a natural refrain, improves the circulation of blood by preventing wrinkles, and by giving you a healthy, shiny skin.
All you have to do is put the ice on your face, but there are some things you need to know if you want to apply it yourself at home.
Wear gloves to keep ice cubes. This protects your hands, especially if you plan to make a longer face treatment.
Don't put the ice on your skin directly without putting it in a clean face cloth to massage your face.

But you can use ice cubes directly in areas where you have acne or remove swelling below your eyes.
To avoid burning your skin, do not apply ice therapy to your body for more than an hour.
You can mate the effectiveness of this therapy when you also use tragus, green tea, or garlic along with ice.
