Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj himself has confirmed this, who said that at the moment it is impossible, as it takes two-thirds of the Serbian List votes to make constitutional changes, the kp broadcasts.
“Constitutional Base, mandated through constitutional basis as an option is almost impossible, because it requires the vote of 2/3 qualified, the Serbs. Being this, it is hard to calculate that we now have this vote. At a certain moment, we will be obliged to mandate Kosovo's army by law”, Haradinaj stressed.
