A media report says that because of the non-invention of competencies from the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, and due to the failure of the ecological minimum in the KPS' Lumbardhe Decani, Kelkos Energy 911, the Decani municipality will exercise indictments against them.
The KPS company, Kelkos Energy, which has built hydro power plants along the Decani River, is not respecting the ecological minimum.
