Even in spite of the Communist Inspectorate's commitments, in particular, and the municipality's, in general, in relation to the economic operator to preserve the ecological minimum, the company is not implementing its conform duty to the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, because this competence is central, whereas municipality and the actions of the municipality in the report are considered incopetent.
