Britain has decided to facilitate procedures for all foreign doctors and nurses to come to the aid of lack of personnel in the country's healthcare service. Prime Minister Theresa May's spokesman said the government would facilitate visa procedures for doctors and nurses from the European Union.
This decision is expected to be officially announced by the House Office on Friday.
The British health service has 35,000 job free for nurses and nearly 10,000 for medicine. The labist opposition welcomes the government's decision, while health service management, NHS, they feel relieved.
While critics say the target is arbitrary, unrealistic and economically harmful.
People from the 28 EU countries can currently live in Britain under the rules of the bloc's free movement. They will lose that right automatically when the U.K leaves the EU next March.
