Why would it be good to run to the beach?
1. It's not the same as running the runway with the sand.
According to Dr Thierry M. Permission to “St. Luke's University Clinics” in Belgium to run in the sand requires 1.6 times more energy than running on the runway. This translates into more burned calories and a body tonication in a shorter time. Running to the beach offers a fuller training in a short time.
2. Running in the sand doesn't hurt knots and articulations
Run under normal conditions often causes injuries on knots and knees, but one of the benefits of running on the beach is just the relaxing of artacculations. Since the terrain on the beach is softer meeting with the ground is accompanied by less pain.
3. Running in the sand improves your balance.
