On Monday, the court has found that the Commission for Civil Rights in Colorado (CCRC) had shown hostility to the baker and his religious beliefs by violating laws protecting the right to US trust, Periscopi writes.
The incident had occurred in 2012, when the candy store “Masserpice Cackeshop” had refused to prepare the wedding cake for the homosexual couple, but had offered them more cake for sale, such as those prepared for their birthday.
