Rapone's views, a West Point graduate, sparked alarm in the US Army after he posted the message that “communism will gain” on Twitter on his graduation day.
A West Point cat carrying a Che Guevara fan and posted an online message saying “communism will win” has left the US military.
Spencer Rapone's images posted on Twitter from the graduation of May 2016, by West Point, were supposed to shake: under one, he opens his dress uniform to display a fanella with a red image of the socialist Che Guevara icon. In another post, he raises his fist and on his hat reveals the hand-written message “communism will win. ”
Images, later posted in 2017, even issued death threats.
Now the second officer who became known as the “provisional skull” is outside the army.
The high bronze at Mount Fort Drew's 10th Division accepted Rapone's resignation Monday following a earlier rebuke for the officer's past “indecent behaviour”. Rapone said an investigation found that he went online to Avoy for a socialist revolution and mad senior officials and American officials. The military said in a statement only that it conducted a thorough investigation and “appropriate action had been taken”.
The unrepentant Rapone summed up the consequences on a tweet Monday that showed that it lasted a middle finger in a sign at Fort Drum's entrance, accompanied by the words: “A final welcome”
