President Ivanov has seven days to sign. He spoke in the past days, and today he also reiterated that he will neither support nor sign the agreement because, according to him, it is harmful, Alsat M broadcasts.

If Ivanov uses veto rights, the deal again goes into the assembly procedure, but then it will have to be voted in absolute majority, 61 MPs must vote “for”. The agreement, on that occasion, is again sent to the president, who under the Constitution is obliged to sign it.
