Regional water pipeline” Pristina” announces all consumers in the service area, that the action to shut off individual consumers indebted to water pipeline and sewer services is continuing with high intensity in towns and villages, but with particular emphasis in Pristina.

Each consumer has, two and more, unpaid bills on water supply and sewer services, are being dealt with.

In May 2018 alone, 174 individual cracks have been completed, where 11 of them have been scrapped due to the discovery of their illegal keys on the part of our inspectors, 163 are individual cracks due to water supply and channeling facilities, while out of a total of 174 cracks, 54 of them are locked up after paying their obligations to our services.

The event will continue until the end of 2018.

The maximum willingness and commitment of the crackup crews has led already indebted consumers to become aware of the importance of water supply and sewer services.

Warning regarding consumer fatification in collective residence buildings in cases of common water!

Regional Water Company “Pristina” sh.a. Announcing all consumers in the service area, those living in collective buildings, in cases of common water supply that, the billing of the spent water will be done under the No.02/2016 Adjust on the Minial Water Services Standards in Kosovo and on the basis of Article 37.

The bill will be done in these ways:

1. In the collective residence buildings in which two and more consumers live, where the fat is done on the basis of the consumption of primary (continual) irrigation, lucking for spent/consumed water becomes as follows.

1.1. On the basis of reading the individual waterman, when there is an individual water source,

Until the introduction of individual watermeers (according to paragraph 2 of this Article), in cases where consumption is measured through common watermators, or when technically it is not possible to establish the relationship between the same building lines with the purpose of implementing paragraph 3 of this Article, then shared consumption (the moderate amount of water by m3) divides each property on the basis:

1.2.1. The first option: the number of family community members, to testify via ; the list followed by the representative of the collective building, in accordance with the Law for exploitation, management and maintenance of the building in the co-owner. The list is considered valid when it is signed by all consumers of the collective residence building. Such a list can be updated depending on innovations on consumer demand and service providers.

1.2.1.1. In addition to the service contract, the service provider with this category of consumers should also sign the accounting agreement with this form of luck.
