This tender is now the axis of the indictment, with which Lushtaku, Djukaj and six others being tried for corruption.
At that meeting, Lushtaku had told them that his relatives had become unrighteous after the proceedings had been delayed.
Part of the meeting had been a KEK official, Edmond Nullesh, who told the details before the court. He said he was invited by Djukaj to that meeting.
