Earlier, Voulin commenting on EU delegation chief Sam Farbrizio's statement that Kosovo is an obstacle on Serbia's road to the EU, has said that if Kosovo is the main condition, then it should think about changing Serbia's foreign policy, writes the Serbian newspaper Blic.
Sam Fabricio's statement was precise and accurate. What didn't he say exactly? Kosovo is an obstacle on our way to Europe. That's true. I see nothing contradictory about what he said”, Vuciq said.
