The country's president, Hashim Thaci, has declared today in Berlin that there are many open issues in the Balkan region.
According to him, the most likely is that between Kosovo and Serbia, which lasts more than 100 years.
He at a debate at the German Council for Foreign Relations estimated there has been an effort to normalise reports, but this was not achieved.
For this reason, Thaci considers that now is the time to become more than constructive communication.
President Thaci said in Berlin that by the end of the year Kosovo citizens will move without visas.
He said Kosovo has met all the European Union conditions.
The chief of state stressed that in June the Commission will extend the recommendation for visa liberalisation.
