Citizens have signed a petition against the decision that would unite a woman and her two children, with the former abusive man.
The signatures attached evidence that the family refused asylum needs care and stay in Switzerland.
The woman with the initials R.O. and the children have lived in a nursing home in the small Swiss village of Hondrich, Bern Canton, since 2016, when they left to defend their lives for the second time.
The first time was in 2015 when they left Syria to join the husband (respectfully father) who was in northern Europe. The woman earned her asylum on this occasion.
After a year, however, she and her children are being forced out of Switzerland. She has explained that marriage was difficult even in Syria, but that she had hoped the situation would be better in Europe, Kosovo passes.
Its asylum was rejected with the reasoning that they were not in danger and should be sent to a third state.
Although the report describes them in good condition, children are traumatic and should receive medical treatment.
