Russian diplomat with the UN Vladimir Safronkov has declared that the situation in Kosovo “is not heading towards a solution, but it is deteriorating”.
He during his speech at today's UN Security Council session, said EULEX is preparing to leave Kosovo and that there is no progress in whiteening Serbian leader Oliver Ivanovic's murder.
Pristina's “representatives without success tried to place the blame in Belgrade”, Safronkov said.
He has already condemned the arrest of the chief of the so-called Office for Kosovo, Marko Djuric, who had entered Kosovo without permission, calling the special unit action “cruel provocation”.
