At the opening ceremony of these works, Malisheva Mayor Ragip Begaj, chairman of the KLA's OVL branch in Malisheva, Metush Kryeziu and other officials attended.
The memorial is built under the regulation and construction of memorial and square in this space, by the Memorial Management Agency.
Long-term work was interrupted because of the demand of war - torn organisations for a change in the country within the tomb of martyrs so that this memorial is more practical and the tomb space fits.
