Recent investments are being implemented in the village of Serbia and Low.
New electrical infrastructure is being invested in this village. Within the framework of the project in the village of Serbia's Low Prizren, a new transformer has been made.
In this village, over 100 new pillars have been placed, as well as bistech cables. Where 88 families received directly.
KED spokesman Viktor Buzhala said KED is working hard to increase the quality of people's lives through projects, where 500 projects have been implemented so far.
We're happy to get through investments to increase the quality of life to people. The same case is in Serbia, Prizren. So far we've completed 500 projects. This is the indicator that KED is alongside consumers and citizens, so it is an added value of the country”, Buzhala said.
Residents of the Serbian village of the Low, meanwhile, hope that after the turn of the electricity network, electricity supply will be improved.
Rexhep Gashi, a resident of the village, shows that the situation with electricity has been very bad in this village. We were very weak. We have not even had enough light and let ourselves be used for other things”, he says.
He said that with this investment, they hope the situation will improve. “E thank KEDS for this investment and we hope it won't be the last” investment, Gashi said.
The distribution Network Development Plan is a master plan of KEDS that envisions investing 300m euros in Kosovo's electricity distribution network by 2025. Through this master plan KED learns to renew the electricity network and make it similar to the electrical networks of developed European countries.
