Independent Trade Union has called from the company's management until Thursday 17 May to carry out pay salaries for workers for April 2018, while warning of holding an hour-long protest on May 18th, where the circulation of Pristina train Peja will stop as a sign of disappointment over the salary delay.
“We, as unions, have no official announcement written by the company management on the reason for the delay of salaries for April, though we have asked to receive an official announcement on their part.
The union has had understanding of the salary delay until May 14th, though in the contract the company is obliged to pay salaries by the 5th of next month”, a media communique is said.
The RIP of Traanco Railways requires travellers to have understanding, as the Pristina line train Peja on Friday will have an hour-long delay from 8,00-9.00 at the Kosovo Fush railway station, which according to the union is only a warning move for other union actions to follow later.
