Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has warned that at the moment the search is carried out for missing police officers in Kosovo, then he will make official request to Macedonia so that the search can begin even on the territory of the neighbouring country.
He made these comments after meeting with the chairman of the Skywright municipality, Bekim Jashari, who originally exchanged decorations for each other.
Speaking about the two missing Kosovo police officers, since Saturday, whose research they are still continuing, the head of government acknowledged that he has not yet officially applied to Macedonia for their search even on the territory of the neighbouring country.
There's nothing new about the missing cops. We've increased the number of active personnel. Circumstances are unfavourable, and finding troops can be not easily identifiable. I will make Macedonia an official request, because I have still made Sé, but more I have made a friendly request, but the moment the search is closed in the part of Kosovo will be officially sought in part of Macedonia as well. We will stand by the families of two policemen in this case, and as a government, we will not be ashamed of police officers who are on duty”, Haradinaj said, the KP reports.
The prime minister has spoken even about security for the Kosovo Police, saying this situation will not continue indefinitely and will take place, while the police union also has a proposal for resolving this problem.
