Haradinaj: Association to be formed under Kosovo laws

Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj says the Association of Serb majority municipalities will be formed according to Kosovo laws.

The “we have also heard EU officials say the association takes place in line with Kosovo laws, Haradinaj said.

The chief of executives stresses that recognition by Serbia and Association are separate issues.

These are separate. The first occurs in Kosovo from Kosovo. The association is the work of Kosovo in line with the Constitution of Kosovo and Kosovo laws that it also envisions the agreement”, Haradinaj says on the APUDebatić programme in RTK.

The question of mutual recognition is bilateral issues in this case. Association also stems from dialogue, but it is still a matter that happens only in Kosovo. Creation and implementation are in Kosovo, while mutual recognition involves us, Serbia and other parties”, he stressed.
