When the “Malaysia Airlines” was hit by devastating missiles, 193 Dutch citizens were killed, 43 from Malaysia, and 27 from Australia. Other victims have been from countries such as Indonesia, Great Britain, Belgium, Germany, and the Philippines.
“In our basic conclusions, the Netherlands and Australia blame Russia as responsible for placing the Buk installation that was used to bring down MH17”, Dutch Foreign Minister Stephen Block said.
The government has already taken some steps to consider Russia” responsible.
Investigators said the plane was crashed by a rocket called Russia's Buku, made by the 53rd Anti-Avian Brigade in Kursk.
About 50km (30 km) from the border between Russia and Ukraine, air traffic control lost contact with MH17.
