Ferizaj chairman publishes the names of usurpors

Ferizaj Mayor Agim Aliu in the local election campaign had pledged that, in his rule, municipal property lists, municipal property usurpors' lists, and the list of municipal property users will be made public for the first time. In this context, during this governing period, the list of municipal properties updated by the Administration of the Directorate of Property, Geodestry and Kadastri has been made public, this key to future local government planning in extending and implementing development projects in our municipality.

In fulfillment of this pledge, after a process of verification and update of data, today has begun publishing the list of municipal property usurpors on Ferizaj's territory. This list will be published in several parts, divided on the basis of cadastral zones, as well as according to the criterion of the largest usurped surface of municipal property. As part of the process of verification and publication of confiscated municipal properties are the Dubrava cadastral areas, the Old Villages, Jezerc, Komoglava, Nerodime and Uts, Nikadin, Rahovica, Rakaj, Sljivova.

The next few days will be published, the second part of municipal property seized in other cadastral areas, and at the very end of this process will be completed in all, the report of municipal property seized in all cadastral areas of the Ferizaj municipality.

This process in the service of municipal transparency is being led by the mayor of the municipality, Agim Aliu, implemented by the Directorate of Property, Geodezia and Kadastri.

The relevant municipal organs pertaining to these properties and their usurpation have issued reports with relevant guidelines, whose failure to implement the conditions for judicial proceedings on the part of municipal authorities to usurpors.

Ferizaj's chairman, Agim Aliu, is determined to fully implement his pledge of full transparency in terms of municipal property and the days ahead of this process will also be published list of municipal property users.

Municipal authorities invite justice bodies and citizens to investigate consciously denounced cases of municipal property usurpation for which local bodies may not have the necessary information, while failing to release them constitute legal violations and, as such, prosecution of judicial organs for review.

The next few days, other parts of the list of usurpors, unscheduled surfaces, cadastral districts of municipal property seized in other cadastral areas will be published.
