Kosovo Customs has banned 21 derivatives from the HIB Petrol company to do analysis.
Customs spokesman Adriatic Stavileci has confirmed this news to KALLXO.com, saying that results are expected to come up in two days and the decision is made whether oil can enter Kosovo or return to the country of origin.
“Yes, 21 tankers for analysis have been banned, and results are expected to appear in 1 or 2 days”, Stavileci said.
Stopping HIB Petrol's tankers at the Ferizaj terminal has confirmed the company's representative, Hysen Lajci, who told him. KALLXO.com that the ban was made yesterday.
It hasn't been stopped in three days, but customs has stopped since yesterday. It's expected to be tested”, he said.
Asked if it often happens to stop customs for analysis, he said this did not happen normally.
“Doesn't happen very ordinary”, he said.
Lajci has added that oil was imported from the company “Europetrol” from Albania, from which, he said, the HIB Petrol supplies.
Last week, the Constitutional Court in Pristina found Kujtim Bucaliu and HIB Petrol guilty of defrauding the Pristina municipality of non-alcoal oil.
In a response, HIB Petrol said he was shocked by this act of prejudice.
