The company's statue of Shrapca gives financial autonomy to its business entities

Pristina, May 23rd -- the three units of the metallural plant “Trepca”, according to the Statut proposed by the company's Board, will be autonomous in their financial and business planning.

“According to Statut, a copy of which has also provided “Koha Ditore”, in addition to investment plans and projects, the entities will have full autonomy for financial issues, including in the sharing of revenues.

“Business Units will have separate subcalculated subcalulants to make decisions related to salaries and operational spending under financial plans approved by the Supervisor Board”, the Stattut draft for “Shrapën” says.
