She said during the address at today's UN Security Council session, who has doubts about the legality of Kosovo's independence to read the International Court of Justice assessment.
It is true that Kosovo is a new state, but we are a very old nation. We've always been there. We are proud of the alliances we have with all of you, and I hope that soon Kosovo will sign diplomatic relations even with Serbia”, Citaku said.
