Why do we celebrate today?

As with every other year, today 1 May Albanians are at the party. This isn't any innovation. What you provoke here is not the failure, but the reason for the failure. More specifically, the question of what cause is the proxima, the closest, most consistent cause that makes the Albanian today consider a holiday? [...]

The late division of work that happened to us, (in the most crucial sense of the word no less than 50 to 60 years ago), led the Albanian before experiencing the workplace as a working relationship that alters the struggle for rights, actually experience work as a release from customary rights. I'm not saying entirely from tradition, but from that kind of mechanical partnership that springs from life to community. The Albanian/Kosovar's aspirations were not freedom from serious working conditions, but a kind of efficient distance from tradition and customary/communal law. Finding a job was the cause of the struggle (person and family), not the battlefield of labor rights research. It was not a dignified job but only work, since the destructive part of the population was unemployed. The struggle for work preceded the struggle at work. So even May 1 is experienced, not as events that include our members, but as the date learned at school.
Work was seen as liberation rather than captivity. We all know the endless references to the length of someone's wait for work (as a disaster) or the half-year glory of the name that helped/miracle employment (such as the peak/resulting out of the crisis). About viciously, it is because it insinuates the employer, even moralizes him, by covering him with the bads instead of constantly asking his behavior in ethics and thus today to rest his work, respectively, the reason for his own subcontinence to him.
Another reason for the lack of weight that marks the worker's struggle comes from the nature of education as to who should be employed. And in our tradition, intricacy was the employment of a man not a woman. The understatement of this remained in the belief that work is primarily of the nature of the arm, even if more comfortable, worthy, or nobler, they remained elusive even if desired...
It seemed that women employed in the state sector along the Yugoslav system were paradoxically for the first time in our history, to a degree cheaper, even though not unvisited. Post-Industrial post-war system has changed many things from the ground and labour relations, but has failed to reduce its traditional experience to Albanians. Two state structures (the Socialist Yugoslavia and the one identified with Serbia) went -- one fell and the other withdrew from Kosovo despite their economic systems. Kosovo's new economic poker was a harsh marriage between businesses and families, in terms of a vulgar neo-liberalism that etabloised the time of protectorate and independence. The private sector may have decommoted the registrant nature of the socialist bureaucracy by declaring its own failure to the individual, but that it was the farce, since real dyslexia was either completely in the hands of politics or in the hands of family and provincial businesses, which absorbed relatives or relatives. And while in the traditional Kosovo structure, besides the village-city migration, there was no radical change happening, it was falling apart that only space was being changed, but not even relations and thinking -- official idealism often wants to cover with the fact that vote-gathering from the capital of Dukaj but that doesn't change reality.
As a result, the same people who had enjoyed a job in Trepca, Kishnica, Obilic, or Ferronic, today enjoy finding work in the skeleton of a housing construction company or a Supermarket. In fact, because of generations of age, it's not them, but their children, but in which there's still no awareness of resistance to work. Instead, they continue to bleed education over the necessity of being helpful in finding work. And aided in this (Qur'an) we are from ourselves, found out who it is: some bond with men of power. And since there are cases of fatality in the workplace, all is choked by silence and failure, since the workplace itself may have been earned by close connections or by a charity.
The genus and the finding/directiveness of finding, as the crystallizing of his own actions, and of practical rationality, both enemies of consciousness and awareness. This is our story. The satisfaction provided instead of long-term satisfaction (aggravated by unscathed employment) brings unhappiness that needs to be disturbed with something.
