The first baby in 12 years on the island where she is forbidden to give birth

A remote Brazilian island in the Atlantic, in which child behavior is prohibited by law, has celebrated a <x0historic “event”: coming to life of the first baby in the last 12 years.
But the woman who did not want to be identified brought a girl to life on the Sabbath on the island. It is justified that she was unaware of her pregnancy while the incident left her speechless. Mother is believed to be 22.
Friday's <x0.>Messnight was in pain and when I went to the bathroom I saw something coming up from under my feet”, she was quoted as saying about the Brazilian website “O Globo”. That's when the baby's father came and assisted me to the east. It was a baby, a baby and female. I was speechless”
The baby was then taken to a local hospital. The birth was later confirmed by local administration, writes Top Channel.
“The baby's family says they were unaware of her” pregnancy.
To celebrate the rare birth, local residents have started to help their family by donating clothing for the female baby.
Fernando de Noronha has some of the world's finest beaches, while it is also famous for wild animals found in Brazil's Marine National Park. Sea turtles, dolphins, whales, and extremely rare birds are constantly seen on this island. Because of the sensitivity to these natural and animal reserves, strict control of the population applies to the island.
