20 imma will legalise prisoners against terror

At a meeting that is held today in this agreement, Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri and the head of the Islamic Community, Naim Trnava, have signed it.
At this meeting Tahiri said the goal of these speeches would be to debliance people who tend to move towards radicalism.
About 150 people returning from war zones in Syria and Iraq are serving sentences in Kosovo prisons.
