20 immamies will be engaged in Kosovo's correctional centres, which will legalise for prisoners with radical conviction, but initially they will pass verification from AKI.
The Ministry of Justice and the Islamic Community of Kosovo have signed memorandum of understanding for this.
Minister Abelard Tahiri has expressed confidence that BIK has sent the names of those who have moral integrity and people who will help with the doordialisation, KTV reports.
The leader of the Islamic Community, Naim Ternava, has assured him of this.
Mufti has said they will be committed to combating any kind of extremism and radicalism and to explain to the population that religion is not about radicalism and terrorism, but there are individuals who misuse religion for personal interests.
For the imams in court trials, the mufti said it wasn't much, but only 5 of whom were released by the Court.
Meanwhile, Minister Abelard Tahiri has said that serious concern has also been the literature that has circulated in correcting centres and which has contributed to the radicalisation of the prisoners.
Tahiri has said that these prisoners who have returned from war centres with radical conviction will be monitored even after being released from prison.
