Thaci: Kosovo ready for last phase of dialogue with Serbia

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has hosted a meeting of US Director for Central and South Europe Matthew Palmer.

Thaci has said that Kosovo is committed to lasting peace in the region.

Kosovo is ready for the final phase of dialogue with Serbia and is committed to finding a permanent solution that strengthens peace in the region and on the entire continent of Europe”, said President Thaci.

While, Matthew Palmer, director for Central and South Europe of the United States, once again reaffirmed the support of the United States of America for Kosovo's European journey.

President Thaci and Director Palmer estimated that only dialogue leads to regional stability and long-term peace, as well as remains the only and irreplaceable mechanism for solving problems in our region.
