Belgrade newspaper Vecernje Novosti writes that circumstances are changing because of the position of EU countries that have not yet recognised Kosovo as Spain, Romania, Cyprus.
According to V. Novos these countries appear to be attracted by Sam's participation because of President Hashim Thaci's participation in this summit, as the newspaper writes, representatives of these states do not even want to be photographed by Thaci, the Periscopi broadcast.
These states do not want to be at the same table where Pristina” is, writes V. Novosti.
According to the article, Spain, Romania, and Cyprus have been thinking about plan B regarding this situation.
They will send their officials only to a working dinner before the summit and then be introduced by EU representatives.
This will be a new practice within the EU, as countries have not yet been able to introduce each other with different representatives. /Periscope
