A court in Seoul sentenced former South Korean President Park Geun Hye to 24 years in prison on corruption charges, local media reported.
The first woman elected president in Asian country, Park, 66, who was arrested in March 2017 was found guilty of corruption and abuse of power.
The court also sentenced the former president to a fine of 13m euros.
