The deputy chairman of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia for European Affairs, Bujar Osmani, said that connecting the highway with Pristina presents a project of particular importance for the economic, social and cultural interconnection of the Republic of Macedonia with the region.
He also said that speed is being worked, and proposed closer communication with investors in Kosovo for co-ordination of activities on both sides of the borders.
Several conclusions were approved at the meeting, including the urgency of realisation of the tools provided by the IPA instrument “Cornosis of the Western Balkans” with which the 130,000 euros were approved and provided in terms of preparing the necessary documentation for design.
The Skopje-Blace project is a complex project with which road infrastructure construction is envisioned with a complex area in which construction of several tunnels and bridges, archduges and other elements is envisioned.
