Seshel says his actions have been seen by witnesses and security of the Parliament, but says he doesn't know why journalists have been slandering the truth of this event when he had photographs of his action.
In view of this event, however, Serbia's Parliament has said there are no photos or videos in which Serbian Radical Party leader Voislav Seshel is seeing that Voislav Seshel has desecrated the Croatian flag, writes Danas, broadcast Periscope.
“Serbia's Parliament cameras do not survive that part where flags are positioned, because that position is a dead corner, which cameras cannot cover” was said in the communique of Serbia's Parliament.

He has told reporters to ask Serbia's Minister of Internal Affairs, if there are footage of the entrance of Serbia's Parliament, where the Croatian flag incident took place.
Responding to the question of whether he expects him to be deprived of his mandate following the decision in parliament, Seselj has the right to see no reason for that, since he had already suffered the sentence.
