Serbia has taken the decision to ban import and transport across its territory of all food shipments of animal origin from Hungary in order to prevent the spread of African mortars that have already emerged in the Hungarian state.
In the first case of the swine mortar, Hungary has warned Serbia, which has already taken drastic measures to prevent the import of all food shipments of animal origin from this country.
But nearly 200 thousandkg of chicken has been imported from Hungary to Kosovo for three months, January - 31st - March 2018. Meanwhile, it is still not known whether even Kosovo authorities will take such a decision.

According to Kosovo Customs data sent to news.net, it has become known that Kosovo from Hungary imports only chicken.
According to Customs data in these three months, two poultry categories from Hungary, <x0mish chicken, boneless cuts, frozen” have been imported 163, 464,00kg, or translated into monetary value, fixed at 81, 779.92 euros. Other chicken underwear “, frozen”, have been imported 20, 965.00kg, worth 8, 208.80 euros.
In the past year, slaughtered and cleaned chickens (65 percent frozen), 4, 225.76kg. Chicken, boneless cut, frozen 472, 509.20 kilos. In the first three months of this year, 7, 074, 930.39kg of meat of all kinds, worth 8, 818, 119,000 euros, have been introduced in Kosovo. Meanwhile, this meat was imported from Serbia, the US, Ukraine, Turkey, Slovenia, Poland, the Netherlands, Italy, Brazil, Bulgaria, Belgium, etc.
Otherwise, media in Serbia reported yesterday that, for the first case of the swine mortar, Hungary has announced Serbia, which has already taken drastic measures by preventing the import of all animal-born food shipments from this state.
