Russia may have manipulated evidence in the chemical attack on Dumaão

Russia may have manipulated the site where the alleged chemical attack in Doma, Syria, has said US envoy to the Organisation for the Prevention of Chemical Weapons, calling on this body to condemn the continued use of these weapons.
