There was no quorum to vote recommendations for Progress Report

After the extraordinary session, where MPs discussed the progress report, there were also recommendations for the government, which were not voted in absence of quorum.
After Vetevendosje MP Victory Pacolli read the 10 recommendations made by VV and LDK, the head of the session, Xhavit Haliti said the same will be voted on by another session.
“It's a quorum. The recommendations at the next session to adopt”, he said.
10 Vetevendosje and LDK recommendations:
- Let's start an internal dialogue to build a state strategy for the road we need to pursue towards European integration.
- The government within 30 days must forward to the assembly an action plan to address the country's report's findings.
- Urgent steps in depoliticising public administration, starting with enterprises and public agencies
- In line with the criteria of chapters 23 and 24 to draft the action plan for rule of law and implementation of legislation with the adoption and anti-mafia laws and the seizure of illegal property.
- Establishing new jobs through direct investments in the development of local producers, following the adoption of the law on the protection of local producers.
- Health insurance for Kosovo citizens
- Investments in opening needed nests through municipalities and investments in professional schools, interconnection with the needs of the local and international market.
- Action plan for establishing good reports with the five countries that have not recognised Kosovo and action plan for deepening bilateral relations with EU countries that have recognised Kosovo.
- Cleaning up lists for veterans' lists and completing the law on UCK veterans.
- The drafting of a detailed plan by the assembly, which requires the government to report every 6 months on the implementation of recommendations.
The Progress Report has not yet been translated into Albanian.
