LDK Parliamentary Group chief Avdullah Hoti once again has said the government coalition has lost most of the Kosovo Assembly.
Hoti, through a text addressed on his official Facebook page, has said this coalition has no legitimacy.
The new situation established in the country, with the loss of parliamentary majority by the ruling parties, requires that we overcome narrow political interests. The LDK is committed and uncompetitive in preserving constitutional order and democracy in Kosovo. We expect from other parties to join our initiative for a common table to agree to overcome the” situation, Hoti wrote.
Hoti, among other things, has said the ruling coalition has lost the majority in the Kosovo Assembly. Now the coalition has only 52 votes in the Parliament, meanwhile, opposition parties have 68 votes.
The opposition parties of the Albanian majority in the Kosovo Assembly count 385 thousand votes. Meanwhile, Albanian ruling coalition parties count 245 thousand votes. Therefore, it is clear that this minority coalition has no legitimacy to govern”, it has said further.
In the end, Hoti has written that every lost “day without an agreement among political parties for jobs that must be carried out jointly until early elections is risk and defeat for Kosovo”.
