Hasan through a Facebook post has asked the Parliament to return to review as soon as it can.
“By forcing private businesses to have 50 percent representation of women on their boards, we were interfering with private sector issues. Despite our objections, that amendment passed. After that we also had big business complaints, for which this was an injustice”, he wrote on Facebook.
Hasan has asked the Parliament to return as quickly as possible to review this law “because, as the passing of this law, we regulate the activities of commercial societies, promote and facilitate their foundation and functioning”.
According to Hasani, the best environment for doing business in Kosovo is created through this law.
