Facebook deletes dozens of Russian accounts

Facebook has erased dozens of Russian pages that have been indicted for political activity in the United States in order to influence the American presidential election of 2016. Facebook reportedly erased 70 accounts, 138 pages and 65 accounts in the Instagram, adding that 95 percent of them were in Russian.
The closing pages have debated national and international politics, making promotion of Russian culture and tourism. The closing pages and accounts had a million followers on Facebook and 500 grand on the Instagram.
The followers of these pages were mainly from Russia, Ukraine and other nearby states, such as Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.
