This document testifies that one of the six Turks was wrongly expelled

One of the six Turks kidnapped by Kosovo Police, Turkey's AKI and intelligent service were wrongly expelled from Kosovo. Kosovo and Turkish authorities were in pursuit of Hasan Hussein Demir, until Erdogan was handed over to Hasan Hüseyin Günakan. The scandal doesn't end here. Demir, even though he continues to stay in Kosovo, the document for his expulsion order contains the stamp that says he left Kosovo on March 29, 2018.

Kosovo police did not suspect who Hasan Demir is, one of six Turkish citizens -- Kosovo residents -- whom AKI praised as a threat to national security after years of their stay in Kosovo.

On March 29th 2018, when Kosovo Police, along with AKI, were in pursuit of a Turkish national group identified as the gulenist, Hasan Huseyn Demir was also wanted. He, like five of his countrymen from Turkey, the Ministry of Internal Affairs had revoted his permission to go to Kosovo and ordered him out of Kosovo.

But, Demir, who still remains in Kosovo today, did not fall into the hands of Erdogan's authorities. This, as Kosovo police wrongly arrested Hasan Huseyn Gunakan. He, along with four of his college colleagues “Mehmet Akif” and another Turkish doctor, was handed over to the Turkish Intelligence Service, which through Pristina Airport were deported to Turkey to face a trial considered political.

But the scandal with the deportation of six Turkish citizens does not end with this confusion of Kosovo authorities.

On the basis of the document for the forced departure order of Hasan Demir, provided by the Express newspaper, this Turkish national is only expelled from Kosovo on 29 March this year. This confirms the stamp of Pristina Airport, which is located below the signing of the Directorate for Migration and Foreign Affairs.

While the same continues to stay in Kosovo, at the Centre of asylumrs in Magure, Lipjan.

The document says that, the Turkish physically located in Kosovo, but with letters it has been deported, over the next five years it is not allowed to enter Kosovo's territory.

In support of Article 6 and Article 99 points 2 of the Foreign Law, No. 04/L-219m, based on evidence based on competent security institutions, we consider that legal conditions for forced departure from the territory of the Republic of Kosovo on 2902.2018 for foreign citizenship have been met by Hasan Huseyn Demir, citizens from the Republic of Turkey because his further position in the Republic of Kosovo could pose a threat related to state security and public order”, said in the PfP argument for the decision to withdraw from Kosovo's most powerful command.

A week before this document, the same Interior Ministry had revoted the temporary position in Kosovo, which it approved on its own less than a year ago.

While expelled from the documents Demir continues to stay in Kosovo, where he has already sought asylum, Hasan Huseyni, who has his last name, Gunakan, is currently mistaken in Turkish state prisons, and an Erdogan State Prosecutor has filed charges, like five other Turkish citizens deported by Kosovo, only because they are suspected to be supporters of Fetullah Gulen.

The kidnapping of Gunakan, Cihan ouszkan, Kahraman Demirez, Mustafa Erdem, Osman Karakaya and Yusuf Karabina, has subsequently dedicated former Interior Minister Flamur Sefaj and former AKI chief Driton Gashi to the action that even the country's prime minister has considered illegal, and had said was undertaken without his knowledge.

Lawyers of the six occupants have complained about MPB) decisions at the Ankes Commission for Foreigners. Until, their complaints on Thursday have been reviewed and the decision is expected.
