Court Makes Decision for Fourth-year-old Mother Who Died of Fire in Pristina

E.A., the mother of the 4-year-old daughter who died of fire on Saturday morning, has been assigned to the detention measure for a month.
News of appointment of detention measures for KALLXO made it known to Pristina's chief prosecutor, Imer Beka.
The prosecution had asked the Constitutional Court in Pristina for the daughter's mother to be appointed detention under suspicion that she committed criminal acts in violation of family obligations.
The guardian prosecutor also ordered the deceased girl's autopsy.
A few minutes after the incident, police arrested her four - year - old mother while showing that when the fire broke out the little girl was only in the apartment where they lived.
